COVOAD's 2012 Membership application form/database is now available on-line! Please take a moment to complete the application form.

To pay $50.00 annual membership dues (for Regular Members only) you can do so by sending a check (see application via above link for payment instructions) or by using Pay Pal  (click on the 'Add to Cart icon below).

 

Please note that all COVOAD members (existing and future) will be required to submit the new membership application in 2012 as part of our effort to ensure up-to-date records and contacts of its members. If you would like to submit your application via email or snail mail, please contact COVOAD Coordinator for an application form.

  • Government emergency management at all levels
  • Private sector partners that want to assist communities affected by disasters
  • Other organizations and community groups with a mission in emergency response

  • Meet and network with key personnel from agencies engaged in disaster response
  • Coordinate efforts before a disaster hits

  • Raise issues and concerns
  • Support response planning efforts
