COVOAD's 2012 Membership application form/database is now available on-line! Please take a moment to complete the application form.

To pay $100.00 annual membership dues (for Regular Members only) you can do so by sending a check (see application via above link for payment instructions) or by using Pay Pal  (click on the 'Add to Cart icon below).
